  Floor plan Details/  ফ্লোর প্ল্যান এর বিস্তারিত:- বেডরুমঃ একটা আবাসিক বিল্ডিংয়ের প্রধান উদ্দেশ্যই হচ্ছে একটা থাকার ব্যবস্থা বা বেড রুম। থাকার ব্যবস্থা হলেই পরে তার সুবিধার জন্য অন্যান্য সুযোগ সুবিধাগুলো দরকার হয় যেমন রান্না করে খাওয়ার জন্য রান্নাঘরের ব্যবস্থা, প্রকৃতির কাজে সারা দেয়ার জন্য টয়লেট এবং মেহমান আসলে তাদের আপ্যায়ন করার জন্য আলাদা জায়গার ব্যবস্থা যেমন ড্রয়িং রুম ইত্যাদি। তাই সবার আগে বেডরুম কে গুরুত্ব দেয়া উচিত।  মাস্টার বেডরুমটা হওয়া উচিত ফ্ল্যাটের এক কর্ণারে, যেন দুইপাশটাই খোলা থাকে। তাহলে সহজেই আলো-বাতাস রুমে আসতে পারে। তাহলে বসবাস অনেক আরামদায়ক হবে। একটা রুমের দুইপাশ দিয়েই যখন জানালা থাকে তখন বাতাস একপাশ দিয়ে ঢুকে আরেকপাশে দিয়ে বেরিয়ে যেতে পারে, ফলে রুমটা সবসময় ঠান্ডা থাকে। বেডরুমের সাইজটা হওয়া উচিত নূন্যতম ১২ ফিট বাই ১২ ফিট, তবে একটু আয়তাকার হওয়াটাই ভালো। মাস্টার বেডরুমের সাথে অবশ্যই একটা বারান্দা থাকা উচিত। তাহলে অবসর সময়ে একটু সময় কাটানো যাবে, জামাকাপড় রোদে শুকানো যাবে ইত্যাদি। আরেকটা বিষয় অবশ্যই মাথায় রাখা উচিত মাস্টার বেডরুমের সাথে অবশ্যই একটা এটাস্ট ...
